Safety, quality & documents

Safe on site, checked at every stage, documented at handover

Our approach is straightforward: understand the requirement, plan the work properly, execute it safely and leave the client with a clear record of what has been completed.

01

On site

  • Work permits and toolbox talks every day
  • PPE for everyone on site
  • Fire watch and extinguishers during hot work
  • Confined space procedure for tanks and vessels
  • Lifting plans for crane work
02

Quality control

  • Work to approved drawings and method statements
  • Material checks on arrival
  • Fit-up and weld visual inspection
  • Inspection and test plan agreed with the client
  • Pressure tests witnessed by the client
03

What we hand over

  • Daily and weekly progress reports
  • Weld and inspection records
  • Pressure test reports
  • As-built drawings and handover file

Testing

Tested before it is handed over

Every system is tested to the agreed inspection and test plan, and the results go into your handover file.

  • Hydro and pneumatic pressure testing of piping
  • Leak, vacuum box and hydro tests on storage tanks
  • Pressure and leak tests, flushing and disinfection of water lines
  • Loop checks, calibration support and commissioning of controls
  • Functional checks before handover
